Reason: State animation is absolute. It was being merge with other animation if applied. Code corrected.

Resolution: FrameLatencyWaitableObject stuck infinitely if timeout not defined in case of DXGI_SWAP_CHAIN_FLAG_FRAME_LATENCY_WAITABLE_OBJECT used. ImGui sample uses timeout INFINITE so i did it. Now changing it to max 1000 ms as givne in MSDN.
Impact Area: Gui render will not stop on connect-disconnect remote machine where Engine running.
